1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services offered by SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC and Phaedra Starr, including eight-week group courses and programs, one-on-one coaching sessions, energy work and Reiki sessions, immersive pilgrimages including the Teotihuacan journey, and future apprenticeship and long-term programs. Specific terms applicable to individual offerings may be provided at the time of enrollment.

2. Nature of Services

Services rendered by SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC and Phaedra Starr are for coaching, energetic, and spiritual development purposes only. These services are not intended to replace, and shall not be construed as a substitute for, formal and contracted medical, mental health, addiction recovery, legal, financial, or other professional services from an appropriately licensed or credentialed provider. Services are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical or psychological illness or disease. Phaedra Starr is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or therapist. The Client is solely responsible for his or her decisions, interpretations drawn from services, and all consequences resulting directly or indirectly therefrom.

3. Crisis Intervention

SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC, Phaedra Starr Advisory Services, Phaedra Starr Consulting, and Phaedra Starr as an individual do not provide crisis intervention services. If you are experiencing a life-threatening or mental health emergency, please call 911, your local emergency center, or your local police department immediately.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage any services from SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC or Phaedra Starr. On occasion and at our sole discretion, individuals under the age of 18 may be permitted to participate with prior written consultation and signed consent from all legal guardians.

5. Payment

Full payment is required to reserve your appointment, seat, or enrollment in any program. If special payment arrangements have been made in writing, SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC and Phaedra Starr reserve the right to charge late fees and/or cancel future appointments or access until the account is in good standing. For group courses and programs, payment must be made in full no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of enrollment.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

8-Week Group Courses: Full refunds are available for cancellations made no less than 14 days prior to the start of the first session. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the program begins are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are available for missed sessions once the program has commenced.

One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded nor applied to future services.

Teotihuacan Pilgrimage: Specific cancellation terms will be provided at enrollment and are subject to third-party travel and logistics costs.

Apprenticeship Programs: Terms will be set forth separately at the time of enrollment.

7. Tardiness

Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, the session will still conclude at the regularly scheduled end time, or may be extended at the sole discretion of SpiritStarr or Phaedra Starr. Depending on the length of tardiness, certain energy work sessions may not be completable, and the remaining time may be allocated to intuitive coaching or a talk session.

8. Energy Work & Physical Contact

Reiki and other energy body work may involve laying on of hands, conducted without the Client disrobing. By accepting services, the Client agrees to communicate any areas of prior or current injury or areas they do not wish to be touched. Energy work may be stopped or discontinued at any time based on the Client's comfort level. Most clients experience a sense of release and relaxation following energy work. Clients may also feel drowsy, or may experience emotional material arising. Please plan accordingly for self-care. It is not recommended to consume alcohol for 24 to 48 hours following a session. By accepting services from SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC and Phaedra Starr, you agree to hold harmless SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC, Phaedra Starr, and any of their associated companies, employees, or assistants from any and all claims arising from or related to the effects of energy work.

9. Session Recording

Group course sessions will be recorded and made available to enrolled participants within 24 hours of each live session. Recordings are for the personal use of enrolled participants only and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or published in any form without prior written consent. By enrolling in a group program, you consent to being present in a recorded session.

10. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, written content, guided practices, audio recordings, and other resources provided by SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC and Phaedra Starr are exclusive intellectual property and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, sold, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Confidentiality

The content of individual sessions, group classes, and programs will be treated with confidentiality, with exceptions for perceived risk of harm to self or others, failure to make proper and timely payments, efforts to correct misrepresentation of services, and other circumstances deemed necessary by professional discretion. Energy work and intuitive coaching are not subject to federal HIPAA laws. SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC and Phaedra Starr may speak publicly or write for publication about themes that arise in sessions — in all such cases, your name and personally identifying details will be changed or omitted. Participants in group programs are expected to maintain the confidentiality of fellow participants. What is shared in the circle remains in the circle.

12. Technology Requirements

For online and virtual programs, Clients are solely responsible for ensuring access to appropriate technology, including a reliable internet connection, compatible device, and any required software. SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC is not responsible for technical difficulties experienced on the Client's end.

13. Right to Refuse Services

SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC and Phaedra Starr reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services with any individual at any time and for any reason. In certain cases, the Client may be referred to another professional deemed better suited to support their needs.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.

15. Modifications

SpiritStarr Journeys, LLC and Phaedra Starr reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on phaedrastarr.com and will take effect upon posting. Continued use of services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
